Built for how the product is actually installed

Wall-mount units are designed for a straightforward retrofit in a residential utility room; rack configurations suit cabinet and stack installations. Mounting, terminal and cable options are set at the L2 configuration stage.

We confirm the configuration and compliance needs, then issue an FOB quotation with the datasheet

3. Sample

Sample production in about 7 days, with your branding applied for approval

4. Approval

You sign off the sample, artwork and specification. Nothing is mass-produced on assumptions

5. Production & QC

Bulk production with in-line testing, ageing and a pre-shipment inspection report

6. Shipping & support

Documented export, plus regional stock and after-sales support through our hubs

Sample & order policy

Minimum order quantity: 30 units per model. Lower trial volumes can be discussed depending on model and configuration.
Sample lead time: about 7 days for production, plus shipping to your destination.
Sample cost is credited against the bulk order where a production order follows.
Payment terms, warranty period and lead times are confirmed in writing in the quotation and contract.

Quality, compliance and regional stock

Compliance is where OEM projects die quietly. We prepare the paperwork per destination, and the certificate pack is available for review before you order
