What is the typical production cycle and large-volume lead time? Can you guarantee delivery time?

We are able to complete production on time and ensure delivery. The delivery cycle for standard products and bulk orders is 3-5 weeks, and the delivery cycle for customized products and bulk orders is 3-5 weeks.

What is your sample policy? Who covers sample costs, delivery time, and shipping?

We provide sampling services, but the customer is responsible for sample costs and shipping. The standard sample turnaround time is 3-5 days.

What voltage/capacity/form factor customization options are available? What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We offer customized options for 25.6V/51.2V, 50Ah/100Ah/200Ah/280Ah, and 300Ah. We can also customize to your needs. There is no minimum order quantity, but the larger the quantity, the better the price.

What are the functions of a complete BMS (Battery Management System)? Does it support CAN/Modbus/RS485/HTTP interfaces?

A complete BMS (Battery Management System) for new energy storage batteries includes six major functions: monitoring, protection, control, calculation, communication, and logging. It supports CAN/Modbus/RS485/HTTP interfaces.

What are the cycle life, capacity retention, and degradation curves of the battery system? Are there test reports?

We can provide certificates. Our product certifications include ISO, CE, UL, IEC, UN38.3, RoHS, and MSDS.

What battery cells (brand/model) do you use? Can you procure cells according to customer specifications?

We partner with battery cell manufacturers such as EVE, Ruipulanjun, and Chuneng. We all use Grade A cells, and customers can specify the brand of cell they purchase.

What is your factory address, production scale, and annual capacity?

Our factory is located in Jiyuan City, Henan Province, with a production capacity of 20 GWH of lead-acid batteries and 10 GWH of lithium-ion batteries.
