What supporting services does our battery recycling and scrapping (recycling) company offer? Does the manufacturer participate in the recycling program?

Our factory participates in the recycling program. We have our own recycling subsidiary. We conduct battery recycling and scrapping assessments, safe discharge and disassembly, transportation regulations, material recovery, and remanufacturing.

What is our fault response and after-sales service mechanism? What areas are covered by localized repair and spare parts supply?

Customers submit fault information via phone, email, the after-sales system, or the app. Remote support is prioritized  for repairs. Localized service is provided by branches or partner service providers in key markets.

What is your experience and compliance documentation for dangerous goods/hazardous goods declarations related to transportation and customs?

We can provide relevant documents such as UN38.3 test reports, MSDS, customs dangerous goods packaging certificates, and battery performance test reports.

Do you have records of factory audits or third-party testing (such as factory audits, ISO 9001, and TS16949)? Do you accept on-site inspections by customers?

We welcome customers to visit our factory for an inspection. We are ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certified, and have been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise.

What quality control and testing are performed before shipment (such as high and low temperature testing, vibration testing, cycle life, and failure analysis)? Can you provide inspection reports?

Our batteries undergo aging testing, capacity testing, internal resistance testing, high and low temperature charge and discharge testing, and high and low temperature cycle testing before shipment. We can provide inspection reports for these tests, including UN38.3 and IEC 62619 testing.

How long is the warranty? What does it cover (battery cells, entire device, and fault replacement)?

Our home energy storage battery warranty is 5 years, covering 5 years or 6,000 cycles, with a capacity of at least 80% of the rated capacity. This warranty covers battery cells, entire device, and fault replacement.
